Event Cache: The Happening 117

09/02/2023 -- 7pm-10pm -- The Cambridge Blue Pub (///window.cope.yarn)

We will attend this geocachers' event functioning as a pub meet, and an opportunity to introduce ourselves to the local cachers and get to know them in turn. Cache page: GCA3HDY.

We will aim to be there from the start, convening outside the pub in the leadup to 7pm and entering on time. The event is scheduled to last until 10pm though of course you may come and go as you wish.

Geocaching Trip: Around Girton Village

04/02/2023 -- 1pm -- The intersection of Wellbrook Way and Girton Rd (///chew.those.could)

We aim to do caches around the Girton village area, including the "Girton to Histon Amble" series, plus the few South of that series starting with "We're Going on an Adventure" which will be our first cache of the day here
Our meeting place is a little further down the road from the rear entrance to Girton College, you can cycle there from the city centre in around 15 minutes, or get the 5/6 buses that each leave hourly (the 6 stops a bit closer).

Refresher's Fair

16/01/2023 -- 10am-4pm -- Corn Exchange Stall 75 (///shorts.feel.probe)

The society will have a stall at the Refresher's Fair, which will be staffed by members of the committee for the duration of the event. Feel free to turn up if you have any questions/just to meet us in person. We will also be distributing fliers with information about the term's events.

West Cambridge Wander Geocaching Trip & Pub

Meet: 15/10/2022 -- 1pm -- Robinson College Porter's Lodge (///robe.riding.cloud)

A geocaching walk, open to all, aiming to do the West Cambridge Wander series (number one in the series is here). The plan is to meet at 1pm outside Robinson College Porter's Lodge, at the bottom of the little ramp thing. The walk including time caching should take a few hours, after which we'll go to some pub for food and drink. If you are only interested in one or the other, updates of our location will be put on the discord.
